Oktoc Water Association has adopted the following document and processing requirements that must be met prior to providing water service to a new subdivision development.
Developers are encouraged to become familiar with this document and its requirements. All communications, questions, etc. shall first be directed to the Association's Engineer, Jess Wiygul, Cook Coggin Engineers, 662-842-7381.
