Oktoc Water is in the process of going to radio read meters. These meters will be much more effcient at reading water usage and loss. All project details are being coordinated by Oktoc Water Engineers, Cook-Coggins and the USDA-RD. Stay Tuned!!
Another project underway is looking at the cost and effciency of providing customers with the capability of paying by credit or debit card through an on-line payment portal customers can access through the Oktoc Water web-site. Stay Tuned!!
Additionally, Oktoc Community Water is undergoing a review of the by-laws to meet the demands of the growing water association in this current time. The by-laws have not been revisited since thier inception. A by-laws committe has been established to review and bring forth recommendation to membership.
